10. Refund Policy for Cancellation and Termination of Services

You have the option to cancel or downgrade your plan at any time by following the steps outlined below. If you choose to cancel (or downgrade) a paid plan, your service will continue for the remainder of your plan term, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

On Subscription page user is able to cancel or downgrade the plan.

  1. Go to subscription tab under Profile ➝ Manage section

  2. Under Manage Plan, Cancel Plan option is available

  3. On clicking Cancel Plan option, user will be ask for confirmation.

  4. On confirming, Successful cancellation message pops up which shows your current plans expiry date and plan cancel  applies from next renewal.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Additionally, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to our Paid Services at any time and without prior notice. If we terminate this Agreement due to a violation of the Acceptable Use Rules or any other part of this Agreement on your part, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, if we terminate your access to the Services under this section without reason, we will refund you for any Services you have not yet received.
