Information Collected from Connected Social Media Accounts

  • Facebook: AutoText AI allows you to connect a Facebook business page where we might access certain information from Facebook regarding your account. In particular, we may collect username/page ID or profile ID, profile image, display name, access tokens, sent posts depending upon the features you are choosing to use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may fetch your post and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts, followers count, insights data and audience data). This data is used only by AutoText AI to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Instagram: On allowing you to connect an Instagram profile (business account) to your AutoText AI account, we access certain information from Instagram regarding your account such as username/profile ID, profile image, display name, access tokens, and sent posts (photos and reels). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may fetch your post and engagement data (such as followers count, insights data and audience data, click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data is used only by AutoText AI to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

  • LinkedIn: On connecting a LinkedIn profile, personal or business, to your AutoText AI account, we access certain information from Instagram regarding your account such as username/profile ID, profile image, display name, access tokens, and sent posts (photos and reels). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may fetch your post and engagement data (such as followers count, insights data and audience data, click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data is used only by AutoText AI to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Twitter: On connecting a Twitter business account, to your AutoText AI account, we access certain information from Instagram regarding your account such as username/profile ID, profile image, display name, access tokens, and sent posts (photos and reels). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may fetch your post and engagement data (such as followers count, insights data and audience data, click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data is used only by AutoText AI to provide you with the Service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.

Personal Information Automatically Obtained from Your Interactions with the Service

  • Log Data: Our servers, like other servers, automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website (“Log Data”). AutoText follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web-pages you visit, the search terms you use, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, possibly the number of clicks and any advertisements on which you click. The log files are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Your Rights

  • You may opt out of receiving marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications or requesting us for the same by emailing at hello@autotext.app. However, even if you opt out from receiving commercial emails from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages regarding the service.

  • Per local law directions, you may request access and receive information about the personal information we maintain about you, to update and correct inaccuracies in your personal information, to restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to have the information blocked, anonymized or deleted, as appropriate, or to exercise your right to data portability to transfer your personal information to another company.

Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

  • You may consult this list to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of AutoText. Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on AutoText, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit. Note that AutoText has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Third Party Privacy Policies

  • AutoText's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
